Terms of Service
BY COMMISSIONING, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO MY TERMS
General
- I may reject your commission, no questions asked- Please keep in mind that commissioned work's copyright is not owned by the commissioning client- Please provide a clear reference flat or lightly shaded, I may slightly alter character colors (ex: very dark/neon) for artistic purposes- I will not work with AI generated reference sheets- You may reupload you commission to any site, with proper credit- I can work with deadlines, as long as I have at least 3-5 days, must be agreed upon before payment and may include a small fee- Please keep in mind that I am a full-time university student and work a separate job, so wait times may be longer than estimated- Do not rush me, doing so can impact the quality of the work (regular check-ins for progress are fine, though I will come to you with updates as I have them)- I work on commissions in order based on time/date commissioned and how quickly each client approves each stage/WIP. If you are curious on where your commission stands/current progress, feel free to check out my Trello (link on home page)- You may use your commission as profile pictures, etc. I am not currently allowing commissions to be utilized commercially
Custom Designs and Adopts
- You may sell, gift, or trade the design as long as you don't sell them for more than what you paid, unless art has been added to the character. If I find out you purposely went against this rule, you will be blocked + blacklisted- Do not claim to have made the design. You may redesign to your heart's content, but you still must give me original/partial design credit.- I have the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs- Please do not delete my designs off of Toyhou.se, I like to keep track of them. You may keep them hidden for comfort, though I prefer to be authorized for viewing if you are comfortable doing so
Payment
- Payment must be sent once sketch is completed- I typically prefer accepting money through PayPal Friends & Family and Cashapp only, however I also occasionally consider alternate options- Payment via PayPal will currently usually include me sending my PayPal link/info and the commissioner paying from there, please also use the Friends and Family option when paying. If a refund needs to be sent, I will work it out with you- Payment Plans are accepted on commissions totaling $100 and over, however, I won't complete the commission until it's all paid for. The payment must be completed within an agreed-upon time
Refunds & Changes
- Once the sketch is completed and the payment has been sent, there will not be any refunds unless I'm either unable to finish your commission for any reason or sometimes in special and specific circumstances.-In this scenario, you can decide whether to accept a refund or wait for me to finish. In the case where I am simply unable to finish for any reason, you will be contacted and refunded in full. If I am charged back or anything similar to that, you will be blocked and added to my blacklist- I am willing to make changes to both in-progress and completed commissions if I have either made a mistake on the character's design or if the commissioner has changed their character's design at all (so long as the changes are relatively minor and reasonable). Once the sketch is completed and approved, I won't usually make major changes- I'm willing to alter your commission after up to 7 days after the piece is finished. After said 7 days, I'll assume you're satisfied with your commission and typically, no changes will be made unless under certain circumstances. If you happen to notice something minor you would like to be altered after this deadline, don't hesitate to reach out!- The commissioner may decide to have me draw a completely different character than previously discussed, but if the sketch has already been approved and the new character is considerably different from the original (different species, extra/unique features, etc), a fee depending on how far I have gotten and differences between the characters will be charged. You may receive both the unfinished piece and the new completed one if this occurs

- Feral
- Gore
- Mechanical-based designs
- Complex designs
- Suggestive work (ask first)
I WILL NOT DRAW:
- Humans / humanoids
- NSFW
- Copyrighted characters
- Hate art
- Anything political
- Fetishes
Also feel free to ask if you have any questions or are interested in commissioning something that is not on this list, these are mainly just things I could think of at the time
