By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my TOS

General

- I may/can reject your commission, no questions asked- Please provide a clear reference flat or lightly shaded, I may slightly alter character colors (ex: very dark/neon) to help make them easier to work with- I will not work with AI generated reference sheets- You may reupload you commission to any site, with proper credit- I can work with deadlines, as long as I have at least 3-5 days, must be agreed upon before payment- The longest I'll typically take on a commission could be up to a month, however the average wait is around 3 days to about a week. Please keep in mind that I am a full time college student, so waits may be longer than estimated.- Please do not rush me, it just increases my stress and can make the quality of my work less than expected (check-ins for progress are fine)- Payment must be sent once sketch is completed- I do commissions in order, if your commission is taking longer for me to finish than previously expected, consider you might be down the list or other personal things are going on. Again, please do not rush me- You may use your commission as profile pictures, merch, etc. as long as proper credit is given, but please tell/ask me about it before doing so (you don't need to ask about making it your profile picture)- For design commissions + adopts, you may sell, gift, or trade the design as long as you don't sell them for more than what you paid, unless art and such has been made for and added on to the character. If I find out you purposely went against this rule, you will be blocked + blacklisted- For my custom designs + adopts, never claim to have made the design, even if you've redesigned you must give me original/partial design credit- I have the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs

Custom Designs + Adopts

- You may sell, gift, or trade the design as long as you don't sell them for more than what you paid, unless art and such has been made for and added on to the character. If I find out you purposely went against this rule, you will be blocked + blacklisted- Never claim to have made the design, even if you've redesigned you must give me original/partial design credit- I have the right to keep or resell rejected custom designs- Please do not delete my designs off of Toyhou.se, I like to keep track of them. You may keep them hidden if wanted, though I prefer to be authorized for viewing if you are comfortable doing so.

Payment

- I typically prefer accepting money through Paypal Friends & Family and Cashapp only, however I can also take Amazon Gift Cards and occasionally Discord Nitro- Payment via Paypal will currently usually include me sending my Paypal link/info and the commissioner paying from there, please also use the family and friends option when paying. If a refund needs to be sent, I will work it out with you- Payment Plans are accepted on commissions totaling $100 and over, however, I won't complete the commission until it's all paid for, plus the payment must be completed within a certain time, depending on how much is owed

Refunds & Changes

- No refunds will be given unless I'm either not able to finish your commission for any reason or you've changed your mind before the sketch is complete (if you have decided to pay upfront). Once the sketch is completed and the payment has been sent, there will not be any refunds unless again, I absolutely cannot finish your commission anytime within the next month or two. In this scenario, I may offer a refund and you may decide whether to accept or wait for me to finish. In the case where I am simply unable to finish for any reason, you will be contacted and refunded in full. If its the case where you've changed your mind, you must contact me first so that I can directly pay you with the full refund. If I am charged back or anything similar to that, you will be blocked and added to my blacklist- I am willing to make changes to both in-progress and completed commissions if I have either made a mistake on the character's design or if the commissioner has changed their oc's design at all (so long as the changes are relatively minor and reasonable). Once the piece is finished, I won't usually make major changes to the pose, background, etc- I'm willing to make changes to your commission after up to 7 days after the piece is finished. After said 7 days, I'll assume you're satisfied with your commission and typically, no changes will be made unless under certain circumstances. If you happen to notice something you would like to be altered after this deadline, please just notify me and I will consider.- The commissioner may decide to have me draw a complete different character than previously discussed, but if I have already gotten past the sketch and the new character is considerably different from the original (ex. a completely different species, extra/different features, etc), a fee of at least 5$ depending on how far I have gotten + how different the characters are from each other will be charged (for sketch commissions, if you would like a different character or have made significant edits to the original one sent to me, I will still charge a fee, but it will be less than what the lined option would for whatever scenario). You will receive both the unfinished piece and the new completed one if this occurs

What I Will/Won't Draw

I will draw:
- any species (feral or anthro) besides humans and humanoids
- heavy and light gore
- robot based designs that aren't too complicated (ask before commissioning)
- multiple characters in the same piece
- most complicated designs
- most outfits
- vents
- curse words
- mild NSFW/suggestive work (please ask before commissioning to make sure what you want is allowed)I will not draw:
- full NSFW/porn
- copyrighted characters
- anything homophobic/transphobic, racist, etc
- anything considered offensive
- hate of any kind
- any kind of fetishAlso feel free to ask if you have any questions or are interested in commissioning something that is not on this list, it's mainly just things I could think of at the time
